How close can two hosts be?
We provide a 60 mile radius of protection around each host. But we always suggest applying even if you are not sure.
Do you only allow hosts in the USA?
No! We allow hosts worldwide.
I am interested in hosting, but not sure what type of athletes will compete?
TRU Challenge is for the 90% who make up the membership of most Boxes, the everyday athlete-member. Not a fire breather. Not pure Rx. What we like to call TRU Athletes. Our divisions are: Intermediate, Novice, Masters, and Adaptive. Adaptive consists of: Intellectual, Upper, Lower, Seated, and Neuro categories.
What is the cost to host a TRU Challenge Event?
We don’t charge you, in fact we pay you to host!
How much do we have to plan if we are hosting?
We do all the upfront leg work, making hosting about as turnkey as an event can be.
As a host, what do I need to provide?
You provide the location, staff, equipment and organization to host the event and spread the word locally.
Do I have to be a CrossFit Affiliate to host?
No! You do not need to be affiliated to host a The TRU Challenge
